Ted,

I wanted to write you a brief note thanking you for the outstanding work on my recently completed patio.  From planning, to design, to the actual construction, you and your crew exhibited professionalism, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic focus on customer satisfaction – which we found very refreshing.  Our project was completed on time and on budget …  in fact that only thing that was exceeded were our expectations.  Great work!!!     

p.s. The integrated fire pit was a great idea and nice touch.  Now we can enjoy our new patio year-round!

Hey Ted,

Thanks again for everything. You were great to work with, and we're thrilled with the way everything turned out... Patio, walkway, stairs, fire pit, and landscaping. We'll certainly be giving you a call as we can afford to do more landscaping around the rest of the house. And one of these days we'll want you to tear up the front walkway and do the pavers there too.
